Our Review

The Canton hotel has an excellent location in the city centre although some guests feel that the street the hotel is located on does feel a bit unsafe for lone travellers. May be more suited to couples or groups looking for a basic hotel with a good location. Overall though a good, basic budget option.

Although only a 2 star hotel, the Canton hotel scores very highly with guests and comes highly recommended. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with a range of amenities not normally found in such a hotel, including safes suitable for a laptop and complimentary wi-fi internet access. All rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly and speak excellent English.
