Our Review

The Porta Marina hotel is a new property with an excellent city centre location, which makes getting around the city hassle free. Given that it's a new hotel (opened in 2008), we feel that the verdict is still out on this property.

The hotel is located in the new business district of Barcelona, though it's still within easy reach of the city attractions. The Ramblas is 30 minutes' walk from the hotel, while the beach can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. There is a metro station close by, which will give easy access to the rest of city.
